The Woolworth: Jacob’s proposal

Jacob booked me to capture his proposal at The Woolworth, located off of Elm Street in downtown Dallas. The Woolworth has a couple of different event spaces you can rent out for special occasions. He rented out “The Library” space and had a florist come in to set up a beautiful arrangement.  

It being Valentines day weekend, Jacob told me he wanted to throw his girlfriend, Kendra off. He did this by having dinner with both of their families on Valentines day, where she would expect the proposal to be happening but he did not ask her at all. He took her to brunch the following day at The Woolworth, where both of their families would be hiding, along with me to be a part of such a life changing moment. 

As Kendra turned around you could see the pure joy on her face as happy tears filled her eyes. Jacob got down on one knee and proposed. She said yes and their families filled the room to congratulate them on their engagement.
